Service Description

The Site provides homeowners with a way to request roofing quotes from licensed roofing contractors partnered with 1ST CALIBER LLC (1st Caliber Marketing). We do not perform roofing services ourselves. The contractor partnered with us in your market will contact you directly to schedule an inspection or provide a quote.

SMS Messaging Program

By providing your mobile phone number and submitting a quote request, you expressly agree to receive recurring SMS text messages from 1ST CALIBER LLC (1st Caliber Marketing) and the partnered roofing contractor in your market.

• Program description: Quote follow-up, appointment confirmations, and appointment reminders related to your roofing quote request.
• Message frequency: Varies based on your engagement and the status of your quote request.
• Message and data rates: May apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time.
• Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at support@1stcalibermarketing.com.
• Supported carriers: Major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent: Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Automated and AI-Assisted Calls

By submitting a quote request, you also expressly consent to receive phone calls from 1ST CALIBER LLC and the partnered roofing contractor in your market at the number you provide, including calls placed using automated dialing technology or an artificial or AI-generated voice to confirm your request and schedule your inspection. You may decline further calls at any time by telling the caller or contacting us at support@1stcalibermarketing.com. No Quote Guarantee

Submitting a quote request does not guarantee that you will receive a quote, that any specific price will be offered, or that any specific work will be performed. All quotes, contracts, and work are between you and the roofing contractor.

No Contractor Endorsement

We work with one licensed roofing contractor per market. While we make reasonable efforts to partner with reputable contractors, we do not guarantee the quality, pricing, or workmanship of any contractor's services. You are responsible for verifying licensing, insurance, and references before entering into any agreement.

Acceptable Use

You agree to provide accurate information when submitting a quote request and not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose. You agree not to submit quote requests on behalf of others without their consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1ST CALIBER LLC (1st Caliber Marketing) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site or any contractor services.

Changes to These Terms
